PreOrdering
How much does it cost?
10k USD deposit will be the minimum you should budget for to reserve a base model and have your design completed prior to final build
Can I cancel my order and get refund?
You can cancel anytime and receive a full refund of the deposit up to and not after we start the "final build"
When does final build start?
When you pay the balance less your deposit or deposit + balance of total amount due.
If I want to sell when I receive
We can help you sell the motorcycle on to other buyers if for any reason you do not wish to keep it
Who will handles shipping and paperwork?
We cover all aspects of shipping, import, duties, clearance, certification and delivery in our a to z concierge service.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all expert carriers in packing securing and transporting our motorcycles. We would not trust anyone do this unless they have an excellent reputation.
What is the shipping policy for apparel?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
What is the shipping policy for motorcycles?
All our motorcycles are delivered to you in person for no extra charge as per the inventory itemised on the invoice and bill of sale in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain. Other markets will be quoted as per local rates at the time of shipping. Local tax and custom duties will be paid by the buyer if applicable at the time of import and clearance alongside any agent fees for handling.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
